Jon Stewart to host the Oscars for a second time

Jon Stewart will be hosting the 80th Annual Academy Awards on the 24th February 2008. This will be the second time Jon has hosted the event – he hosted the 78th Oscars ceremony. Jon has been quoted as saying “I’m thrilled to be asked to host the Academy Awards for the second time because, as they say, the third time’s a charm”. Read more on the official Oscars website here.
