| < On the eve before US Election Day, Ricky Gervais stopped by the Ed Sullivan Theatre to read a Top Ten list entitled "Top Ten Stupid Things Americans Say To Brits". This was hilarious - especially his facial expressions. My favourite lines from this Top Ten are "Is it Halloween or are those your real teeth?", "Do you know the Queen?" and "Do you know what, England should do its own version of ‘The Office’".
