Richard Simmons and the Late Show

In a recent interview with Chron.com, the always hilarious Richard Simmons was asked why he keeps going on the Late Show after being the subject of many a joke on the programme. Richard answers “After I went on the show, 200,000 people went to my Web site and wrote e-mails to (Sen.) Ted Kennedy and (Rep.) George Miller to get P.E. back in the school system.
