Conan and Jay on CNBC Europe
Posted: Tuesday, 13th March 2007 at 6:26pm by Paul
There have been some schedule changes on CNBC Europe as of this week - presumably because of the Summer Time changes in America. We hope they will change the schedule back to normal after we change to British Summer Time in a few weeks - as (with the new changes on CNBC Europe) The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and Late Night With Conan O’Brien are only on for 30 minutes each - instead of the full 45 minutes. It’s thought the schedule changes have been made so CNBC can still show the NBC Nightly News live from the States. As of now, Jay is on at 10pm (UK time), the NBC Nightly News is on at 10.30pm (UK time) and Conan is on at 11pm (UK time). In our opinion, it would be better if they recorded the NBC Nightly News and aired it at it’s normal 11.30pm (UK time) slot, instead of shifting the schedules around (cutting 15 minutes of Leno and Conan every show). CNBC Europe is available on Virgin Media and Sky.
