James Corden “taking over” Late Late Show from Craig Ferguson

According to reports, British actor & comedian James Corden will replace Craig Ferguson as host of CBS’s Late Late Show.

Showbiz news website The Wrap says this information comes from “an individual with knowledge of the situation” but report a “representative for Corden did not immediately respond to requests for comment, while CBS couldn’t confirm at this time”.James Corden

Craig Ferguson will leave the Late Late Show at the end of this year having hosted since 2005.

James Corden is relatively unknown in the US but did get extremely positive reviews for his recent Broadway run in One Man Two Guvnors and has starred in films such as Begin Again with Keira Knightley.

In the UK, Corden is best known for his work in BBC sitcom Gavin & Stacey and for hosting the Brit Awards in recent years.
