New ad break on the Late Late Show

A newly-inserted commercial break on the Late Late Show – slap bang in the middle of Craig Ferguson’s monologue – has caused an outcry amongst fans, Advertising Age reports; “After howls of protest, the host soothed the audience by assuring his abbreviated monologue was only an experiment that would not be repeated. Earlier this week, Mr. Ferguson told his audience in the show’s opening segment that he had to break up his monologue because the first ad break was running earlier in the show”. Read more here.
